Frederick D. Sancilio
CEO
Dr. Sancilio is a serial entrepreneur in the healthcare field and is currently a principal of Clearway Global, Inc., a pharmaceutical development advisory service. He has served as an executive and director of both private and public companies, including Applied Analytical Industries Inc., aaiPharma, Inc., Endeavor Pharmaceutical Company, Aesgen, Inc., Sancilio & Company, Alpha Cognition, Inc., TrippBio, Inc., Omega Blu, LLC, and NationsBank of North Carolina. Dr. Sancilio has participated in the development of more than 40 drug product patents granted by the U.S. PTO. He's appointed as a Research Professor at Florida Atlantic University and was an adjunct professor in chemistry at the University of North Carolina. Dr. Sancilio received his Master of Science (MS) and Doctorate degrees from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. He has published nearly 100 research works and authored Prevention Is The Cure!

Yong Yao
CFO
Yong brings over 25 years of leadership in corporate finance, banking, biotechnology, and strategic operations to Lobe Sciences. He has served as CFO for several fast-growth companies and held senior positions at Scotiabank, Morgan Stanley, and Bank of America Merrill Lynch, with expertise in financial planning, capital markets, and regulatory compliance. Yong co-founded SelecIn Biomedical Inc., leading first-in-class anti-tumor small molecule drug development and business strategy. He has also served as a board director and senior advisor to both public and private companies. Yong holds an MBA from McGill University, a BSc in Biology from Nankai University, and is a Fellow Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA UK) and Chartered Global Management Accountant (AICPA-CIMA).
Maghsoud Dariani
BS, MS
Prior to leading science and technology efforts at Lobe Sciences Ltd., Dariani was President of Focus Pharmaceuticals, Inc., where he managed the development and approval of drug products, achieving FDA approval and clinical evaluation staging. He then successfully negotiated the sale of Focus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in February 2003.

Herman Williams
MPH, MBA, M.D.
Dr. Williams has had a long history as a senior executive with extensive healthcare expertise that includes the management and operations of large-scale national clinics and hospitals. Dr. Williams is the author of Clear!: Living the Life You Didn't Dream Of. His healthcare experience began as a Healthcare Manager of the Pacific Northwest Healthcare Consulting Division of Arthur Andersen. He subsequently was Chief Clinical Officer for multiple For Profit and Non-For Profit Healthcare companies from 2000-2018 where he was responsible for as many as 25 hospitals in 13 states.

He was subsequently hired as the Managing Director for the Nashville Healthcare Consulting practice at BDO, USA and was also named Chief Physician Executive for the firm nationally and served in that role until July of 2022. He then became President of HW Healthcare Solutions, LLC, a multifaceted boutique healthcare consulting firm focused on healthcare solutions. He now serves as Chief Executive Officer for Altemia, Inc., which specializes in the treatment of Sickle Cell Disease.
He holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from Boston Univeristy School of Medicine, a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Washington, and a Master’s in Public Health from Harvard University. He currently resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife of 33 years.
